Our Vision 

Vision. It’s this one word that decides a company’s reputation, its fortune and its future. Satyakiran’s vision has always been to become the finest diagnostic centre in the region and a hub of community service.

With this goal laid clear, we embarked on this long and eventful journey. We knew that the only way to reach our destination was through unbending commitment and relentless sincerity. The other instruments to aid our journey would be sensitivity towards the community. Not just to deliver what people needed, not just on a day to day basis but also pre-empting their needs periodically.

Patient-centricity was our guiding light in all we did in terms of infrastructure. Even our location was carefully chosen after much deliberation in order to ensure that patrons faced the minimum of inconvenience to reach us. Ample space was provided to all departments and also to the staff for their activities. A round-the-clock ambulance service, as well as a local ambulance service has also been incorporated to add further value to our services. For smooth uninterrupted operations, we made arrangements for 100% electricity backup as early as 1996.

But these are just the material inputs. It is our dedication that people value the most. Because they know that when they come to Satyakiran, they will get the finest diagnostic treatises. They will meet people who have committed their lives to the betterment of fellow beings. One notable mention to made here is that Satyakiran is primarily a charity led institution. Almost everything that we earn through the contributions of the community is reinvested to improve the facilities we offer.

Our next milestone is to become the Regional Referral Center for the Northern National Capital Region (NCR). With your good wishes and the good graces of our patrons, we’re sure we’ll realize our goal before long.
