The clinic was established in the year 1988 in small premises with a basic ultrasound machine a X-Ray machine by DR. Mahesh Gupta after adequate experience at
Medical College, Rohtak, St. Stephen’s Hospital, Delhi and Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi. This was the first Radiology clinic in the Sonepat city. Though the clinic started small but the vision was clear – To develop the clinic into regional level state of the art Diagnostic center to serve the community with best quality facilities.

An advanced sector ultrasound machine was purchased in the Year 1993. The hard work and consistent quality soon got widespread recognition and patients started pouring in not only from All parts of Sonepat District but also from far off places. Real momentum was achieved in the year1996 when clinic purchased a whole body Color Doppler system, first in the state of Haryana and also started Echo cardiograrphy by attaching a cardiologist Dr. Manoj Bhatla while shifting to a more spacious building nearly. Keeping pace with the growth & keeping in view the expected growth, the business was converted into a company by the name of Satyakiran Healthcare PVT. LTD. in the year1997. Another giant leap followed in the form of C.T. scan in the year1997. An assistant radiologist was employed to handle theIncreased work load.
TMT was installed in 1998 and a full fledged pathology lab was added to the clinic under full time supervision of a pathologist Dr. Alpna. Another medical officer Dr. Bindu Gupta joined in the year 1999 to ease the ultrasound department. In the year2000, another Latest Digital color Doppler machine was purchased.

Adjoining land was purchased and a 5 storey building was constructed to accommodate the Clinic’s increasing requirements in the year2002. Now a small dream started in 1998 appears to be whole region and the center is now being projected as regional referral center in the Northern NCR.

Ever growing quest for improvement lead to ISO: 9001-2000 certification in January 2004 by world’s best agency Lloyd’s Register of U.K. Two senior CT Scan consultants, Dr. Rakesh Vohra and Dr. Ambika Bhasin also joined our team through tele-radiology and opinion of Delhi’s best consultants became available to the citizens using our services.

A high end Digital X-Ray machine installed in January 2005 (Imported from Japan) and Digital Mammography just followed in may 2005. An advanced permanent magnet MRI machine (GE Signa Profile Excite USA) on 1.5Tesla software platform with Diffusion, 3DMRCP, Angigraphy & whole body application was also installed in August 2006.

A small step was taken and a branch of our clinic was opened at Narela, Delhi on 29th April 2007 with first colour Doppler ultrasound in the city.
