HISTORY

It all started in 1988. In a small, humble clinic, aided only by a basic ultrasound machine and a x-ray machine, we took our first steps towards giving Sonipat its first radiology clinic.

Through the experienced and able hand of Dr. Mahesh Gupta, formerly of St. Stephen’s and Hindu Rao Hospital Delhi and Medical College, Rohtak, we reached out to the people of Sonipat. Slowly, but surely, through word of mouth, our influence grew. By the time we reached 1993, things had come to the fortunate pass where our name was a byword for medical diagnosis in this town, as well as the surrounding areas. So much so, that we felt compelled to extend and improve our services to the community. With this in mind, we introduced a second advanced ultrasound machine. With the citizens of Sonipat guiding our every step with their needs, we acquired a whole body colour Doppler system in early 1996, the first of its kind in Haryana.

With an ever expanding base of patrons, spacious premises were our first priority. No sooner did we shift to a new three-storied building, we introduced colour Doppler echocardiography. From hereon in, our story took a turn towards growth at great speeds. Growth that was reflected in our conversion into a company from the humble beginnings we had.

In 1997, we became SatyaKiran Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Strong, self-sufficient and poised to serve the community even better. In the same year, as an addition to our ever growing portfolio of diagnostic services, we added a CT Scan machine and shortly thereafter, in 1998, we bolstered ourselves further by engaging the services of a TMT.

We may have well stopped there had it not been for the constant encouragement of our patrons, who thronged our doors, reinstating their trust in us with unfailing regularity. With a view to address our burgeoning responsibilities, we incorporated a complete pathology clinic that was the finest in and around Sonipat town.

In 1999, we introduced a complete radiology clinic to provide even more extensive service to our patrons. To follow this up, we brought in a new digital colour Doppler machine in 2000 to further our services. No sooner had we taken these steps, it become evident that if were to truly accommodate Sonipat’s public under our humble halls, we would require even more space. A five-storeyed building was constructed for this very purpose where every department found ample space to provide unflinching and uncompromising services to all those who came in, sometimes from hundreds of miles away. Our march towards progress got another shot in the arm with an excellent ambulance service, the first of its kind in Haryana, in 2003. In 2004, a highly advanced Colour Spiral CT Scan machine became our crowning achievement in terms of infrastructure. The ISO certification that followed shortly after became the clinching proof of our efforts as a true pioneer in this field.

As we step into the future, we look back on all these years. From where we were to where we have reached, and we can’t help but observe how quickly we have progressed and how fruitful it has been to have added touches of value to thousands of lives in our journey so far. We hope that this momentum will be maintained in all our days of existence, and pray that posterity finds a place for us somewhere in its pages.
